Eugene Trahern has a Master's degree in Structural Engineerng.
A Principal of Cascade Crest Consulting Engineers Inc., Seattle, Gene has specialized since 1989 in seismic loss estimation and facility surveys, the evaluation and mitigation of existing buildings, and renovation and repair of structures.
His professional involvement has included participation on several national committees for code development and seismic loss estimation.
