Robb Dibble - President's Award 1999
Robb Dibble earned the BSCE from the UW in 1994. He worked with DCI Engineers 1996-2001. In 2002 he founded Dibble Engineers, based in Kirkland.In 2000, PSEC recognized Robb as Young Engineer of the Year.
