Scott Adan - President's Award 2004
Scott Adan earned the BSCE from the University of Texas in 1987, the MSCE from Brigham Young University in 1991, and the PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah in 2006.
During the time of his SEAW involvement as Newsletter Editor 2003-04 and as a member of the Earthquake Engineering Committee, he worked with KPFF Consulting Engineers in Seattle.
