Shelley Clark - SEAW Seattle President 2007 | Life Member

A Pacific Northwest native, Shelley Clark earned the BSCE (1982, cum laude) and MSCE (1984) from the University of Washington.

As a principal and 25-year employee at Magnusson Klemencic Associates, Seattle, Shelley heads MKA's Retail/Urban Villages Specialist Group, focused on the design of retail developments. Shelley's retail experience includes full-scale mall development, urban entertainment and mixed-use centers, lifestyle centers, and alterations and upgrades to existing retail centers.

She served SEAW on the Code Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors 1993-1995 before her term as President in 2007.

Other professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Women – Northwest, and the Southern Building Code Congress International. She frequently reaches out as a national presenter and guest lecturer, including the UW’s Civil Engineering graduate program.
